Dunn Online is newly opened in Durban, South Africa, in 2022.
We are a promotionally driven discount retailer of predominantly general merchandise.
At Dunn Online, we put our customers first with our two guarantees:
1. We’ll swop it, if we stock it
If you’ve changed your mind – bring it back in an unused condition, in the original packaging, and we will either exchange it or refund you. Exceptions are indicated accordingly at point-of-purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase the refund/exchange will be for the lowest price in the last 30 days.
2. Guaranteed service on every product sold
We will have any item under manufacturer’s warranty for you – should that take longer than 21 days, the item will be replaced or refunded. For warranty purposes, proof of purchase is required. We also ensure ongoing service on any product bought from dunnOnline even after the warranty expires.
We ship your items to you
There is a R290 delivery fee for all small and medium articles to regional areas in South Africa. Delivery fee for all outlying areas of R440.
Secure Payments
When using your credit card for online shopping on the Website, we will attempt to use 3D Secure as an additional security measure if your issuing bank supports it. 3D Secure will authenticate your personal details and will authorise payment for online shopping. If your issuing bank supports 3D Secure but you have not activated it, you will be redirected during the payment process to set it up.
